"I am Cath in the hat." I have many roles in life & wear all the hats. I was fortunate to have two incredible role models as parents. My father grew up with nothing & instead of living in a victim mentality, he turned to LOVE. This was my example. My gift is my ability to pour the right belief into people to help them soar to greatness. The best day of my life was the day I became a Mom. I feel most alive when I see my kids feel good about themselves. Their kindness lights me up like nothing else. I've been able to master work & life as my mission is clear. I think women need to master this because it impacts everything in life when we focus on the things that don't actually matter. Though I've had struggles - I am blessed. Waking up every morning in gratitude prevents me from even thinking something is a struggle. Confidence in who I am and being clear on what I am & what I am not - has served me well. When a women feels like she doesn't fit in it's just a sign for her to lead her own group! I know I'm not everyones cup of tea - that's ok. I wish women knew that when they see themselves as a magnet they'll attract the people that they are supposed to be with. At my age I've released old "stories" from my past. This is the beauty of wisdom & aging!! Letting go of the idea that we're not good enough is a process and I think without a strategy, women become stuck in this emotion. I'd tell a 12 year old me to keep going, to disrupt the norm and to be YOU. I wish there was more integrity & honesty in the world. Less BS on social media platforms. Success is health, family time, financial security & spending time with who I want when I want. My parents used to say "success is not complete until you help others have it too". I'm more interested in doing that these days. I believe in family first. Beauty is intelligence. Relationships are chapters in your book. Whether they were horrible or amazing they are there to teach you a lesson. While I’m all about tough love there’s more LOVE than tough. I value faith, family & legacy. I’m proud of being a great Mom & of the empire I’ve built serving women. I’m Cathy and I LOVE to watch women finally understand their true gift.
